Word of Life is the largest, fastest growing and most innovative Charismatic / Spirit filled / Word of Faith church in the Sand Springs, Oklahoma area. We are currently looking for a part-time compensated College & Career Director to grow with us into a Full-Time position.

You are...
Experienced in developing adults and students to assume leadership roles
Knowledgeable in student ministries with experience
Able to relocate if necessary
A whiz at communicating and relating to people; specifically young people
Capable of understanding and excelling in centrally driven College & Career model
Able to commit to the core values of Word of Life
You will be...
In charge of building a College & Career ministry team within a new environment
Recruiting, training and leading volunteers, youth leaders and student leaders
Responsible for building and leading a purpose-driven, relational model of ministry
Totally cool with jumping headfirst into a fast-paced, evolving ministry environment
The force behind developing LifeGroups (small groups) within the College & Career program
Overseeing weekly student worship experiences that may include a live band, multi-media and extensive technical components
